  • What if someone doesn't have smartphone or net connection?
    You can always directly call 8974932647 for booking your tickets offline.
  • How to pay? and how much?
    The fare will be collected by drivers when you arrive for your journey. The fares will be same as collected by ticket counters and there is no extra charge for booking through this app.
  • Can i book tickets for someone else from my account?
    Yes, absolutely but while booking enter the name and phone no. of the person who is travelling.
  • Why is there no vehicles available and not showing up anything?
    It is because the vehicles are fully booked. You are advise to check in later.
  • How to cancel my tickets?
    Go to the "My Booking " section and select the booked tickets and you can cancel the tickets from there.you are advised to cancel your tickets atleast 6 hrs before the departure.
  • Where is pick up point and drop point?
    Pick up and drop point of Tamenglong and Imphal will remain the same unless notified. For Tamenglong it is in main bazaar traffic point and for Imphal it is in Jiri parking.
  • How do i contact drivers and know where my vehicle is park?
    For driver's contact no. you can click on the driver box that appears on the vehicle seat layout and know the details.
  • How do i complain/rate or give feedback?
    Go to the feedback section and Enter your name and the vehicle no. you traveled to give feedback.
